This webinar will concentrate on Common Core Literacy in History and Social Studies. An overview of the History and Social Studies stands will be presented connecting them to NCSS essential social studies skills and strategies. The presenter will review a prepared lesson plan and demonstrate the lesson plan for the participants. Questions for the presenter will conclude the webinar.

Instructor: Starlynn Nance is an Assistant Professor and the Social Studies Coordinator at the University of Central Missouri, and has taught high school social studies for 9 years and a school counselor for junior high and high school for 4 years.
